Redheads are incredibly rare. Just 2% of the world’s population has red hair which comes to around 140 million. Statistically redheads make up 13% of the population of Europe, which is the highest percentage in the world.   Yet two of the most infamous front movers for international weapons trading are redheads from Russia.  They are Anya Kuschenko aka Anna Chapman and Maria Valeryevna Butina.  Both were able to come to the United States through their sponsors.   

In Anya's case it was partly due to her British passport from her first husband Alex Chapman and work  in real estate in New York city where she cultivated a number of wealthy contacts including Michel Bittan, originally from Morocco who immigrated to Israel serving in the Israeli Air force and then immigrated to the USA.  www.michelbittan.com/biography   Anya/Anna was "traded" back to Russia in a 10 {|Russian spies} for 4 Americans in 2010.  She is a media celebrity in Russia and Eastern Europe now travelling as a proponent for "youth programs", as a Russian TV personality and model.   She is particularly interested in Armenia and their continuing conflict with Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh, after her visit there in 2013.  

Maria Butina used both the US affiliated International Rotary Club and the DOS created "Project Harmony" to get into the USA.   For those of you who have not heard of Project Harmony, it was created and is maintained under the US Department of State's  Bureau of Cultural and Educational Affairs, and funding is added by the "Freedom Support Act" under USAID projects for " internet community empowerment and democracy building". 

It was initially tried in 2000, in Armenia with project platforms spreading to Georgia, Russia and Ukraine.   Project Harmony |PH| sponsors digital media training, management skills, exchanges to the USA,  and the cultivation of US "assets".   PH has well funded grant programs through 2018, and also works with the US based Peace Corps and businesses such as Microsoft.  I know first hand about this project, it's stated aims and it's actual operating programs in Armenia, Russia (no longer) Georgia and Ukraine.  litchk.schools.am/Overview%20-%20Project%20Harmony%20ARMENIA.htm

It was a very clever weave using the Rotary Club, Project Harmony and a connection to the NRA through a newly created Russian "Right to Bear Arms" club, which started the fabric that was supposed to wrap candidate Donald Trump up as part of the "Russiagate" collusion fabrication using Maria Butina as the red hot lure.

Russian politician, lawyer, banker/money launderer Alexander Torshin (handler) of Maria Butina (born in November, 1988) and good friend of Mikhail Kalashnikov,  made sure his young ginger protege was inserted into the circles of academia through her full scholarship to American University in Washington, D.C. and on the speaking circuit throughout the USA with the guidance and "support" of her American man friend, Republican operative Paul Erickson (aged 59). 

There is evidence to support the theory that Paul Erickson is a "surveillance rabbit" tasked to hook Trump.  (see link below) He made sure  Maria Butina was on the dias or in the front rows of the audience asking questions when prominent players and politicians were featured at a gathering such as  prayer breakfasts and gun shows.  Maria Butina stood up and asked the then candidate Donald Trump, a question about sanctions against Russia and that exchange was exaggerated and emphasized in many msm stories.   

However, Maria Butina was arrested in July 2018, and held on charges of "acting as an agent of the Russian Federation"  (spying) Maria was"traded" back and whether she will fare as well as her predecessor Anya/Anna Chapman.   Time will tell.

The NRA connection also provides a back door into weapons sales.   US weapons companies (both small and large companies) have easy access to potential buyers both domestic and international, via meetings, conferences, sponsorship, gun shows and rallies.  Foreign buyers on tourist visas or through intermediaries who are US citizens, are able to have direct contact with legal and illegal arms dealers and there are no international legal restrictions per se against "negotiations and arms deals".   It is the largest unregulated "legal" business and the USA exports (sells) the greatest number of weapons (both domestically produced and foreign) to the largest number of countries in the world.  "The U.S. provides foreign weapons to groups it trains in other countries because fighters sometimes prefer them, because they can conceal U.S. links to an operation, and because they are less expensive."

Amnesty International reports "a marked increase in the last decade in the use of private security or military companies by governments, companies and also inter-governmental organizations (IGOs) and even non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to provide security training, logistics support, armed security and, in some cases, armed combatants."  The demand for weapons is rising and the arms industry is rife with corruption, bribes, tax evasion and huge profits. 

Profits are the incentive for selling "to anyone" in the world.  Today's ally may become tomorrow's adversary and all sides might be armed from the same dealers.  This is truly an example of "what goes around, comes around" and "bullets have no allegiance."

Bulgarian arms dealers such as SAGE, a well known arms broker out of Sofia, has  been manufacturing the 9M111 missile called VMZ, for the US government. “They make them only for the Americans,” one dealer said, adding that "the US buys as many as SAGE can manufacture".  

In 2014, the CIA issued a contract to obtain 600 such missiles to Kiesler Police Supply. Kiesler is a small Indiana company that frequently contracts with the CIA, according to experts in arms dealing.  The recent Conflict Armament Research {CAR} report cited the missiles ended up in the possession of ISIS.  This contract was handled by Kiesler.  Another USA connection going unreported is that the late John McCain was the controlling partner in the Bulgarian company Arsenal.  The Arsenal company website proudly announces some of their products, capabilities and clients.   www.bdia-bg.com/en/member/arsenal

John McCain also supported the Qatar permit for weapon sales and the Clinton connection to Libya.  Libyan fighters were requesting firepower, and John McCain was seeking State Department licenses “to begin delivery immediately. … We feel this option provides an avenue to limit U.S. involvement while supporting the opposition forces.”  Within weeks of that message being sent, McCain became a leading voice for arming Libya’s anti-Gadhafi forces. Secretary of State, Hillary R Clinton was in agreement with these sales.  Remember September 11, in Benghazi 2012?!  A McCain staffer described his  (McCain's) company as “the single largest private supplier of weapons and ammunition into Afghanistan.”  Hence the reason for so many 'fact finding' and 'diplomatic' visits to Afghanistan and other hot spots in Central Asia and the Middle East.

Middle Eastern reporter Dilyana Gaytandzhieva​ was the first known journalist to break the story about US gun running logistics through Bulgaria and other Eastern European countries to the Middle East and conflict zones in Africa.  She was able to use leaked documents which included bills of sale, manifests, emails, photos/videos of weapon warehouses, forensic analysis from Daesh/ISIS strongholds and battle fields.  She proved Silk Ways Airlines were involved.  Search into the investors into this company and their nationalities/links for a deeper dive.

In other reports, "strong documentation shows U.S. contractors including Purple Shovel, Orbital ATK, Chemring Groups, Alliant Techsystems Operations-USA, and more companies are working in collusion with arms manufacturers in Eastern Europe, with the goal of flooding Syria with armaments to destabilize the Middle East.  The operation is run through offshore Panama accounts which  strongly suggests that this weapons smuggling is connected to the CIA gun running exposed in the Panama Papers and to the connection to the International Red Cross cash cache discovered at storage sites and on cargo shipments in Africa."

The 'Panama Papers' leak revealed the CIA was using offshore Panama accounts to fund gun running – code named Operation Goldfinger. (click for link)    This is an expanded re-run of the Iran Contra gate scandal but more sophisticated and times 100 (at least).  This also leads straight back to the then President Barack H. Obama.
Lt. Scott Bennett, alleges the U.S. used 19,000 offshore Swiss bank accounts to fund terrorist organizations in his report Shell Game. 
 
Benjamin Worrell, a US army counter intel (CI) veteran, founded Purple Shovel LLC.  Purple Shovel's big break came in December 2014, when it won two contracts totaling more than $50 million for the Syria program from the Special Operations Command, or SOCOM, which coordinates the activities of America's most elite military units.  Apparently he enjoyed colors because some of the other companies he controlled were called:   Red Shovel, Pink Pail and their logo is a purple shovel digging into a globe. Might they be suggesting they will help create the fatalities and casualties creating a further need for digging after their sales are complete?!

In fact Purple Shovel even does business with Belarus, one of the countries "usually considered off limits and requiring a special license for USA companies" yet they bought over 700 Konkurs missiles for SOCOM with the US Department of State signing off on them under the then Secretary of State, Hillary R. Clinton.

Journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia-Assassinated in a car bomb on Malta Oct. 16,2017

Maltese journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, a brave, incisive and crusading journalist was able to connect  documents she analyzed from the 'Panama Papers' to corruption in her home country of Malta.  She traced criminal business links to Azerbaijan, Russia, The UK, Serbia, Albania, Bulgaria, Italy and New Zealand. She was analyzing and reporting on the contents of the 'Panama Papers' when she was assassinated in a car bomb October 16, 2017 on Malta in front of her son, who is courageously following up on her work.

As a postscript* Reporter Dilyana Gaytandzhieva​ published an article about US DOS diplomats involved in trafficking organs/blood for money.   Quite a nefarious business.  Let's pray she is not "suicided" and maintains her excellent health and integrity.
